‘Kim’ Short Film Premiere | Wednesday 14th February 2024 | Sunbird Records, Darwen

Come and join us for the Premiere of the short film ‘Kim’ produced by Daniel Reid and Graham Slater.

This film’s for all the people who grew up feeling a bit of an ‘Outsider’. It’s shot in Blackburn, Whalley, Ribchester and Edinburgh.

Featuring Graham Slater as the reclusive KIM who eventually finds a friend in Stephen played by the amazingly talented actor Ben Rufus Green (The Cockfields/Alan Partridge/Eastenders/Not Going Out), and also features surreal cardboard faced comedian Basil Bottler and a whole bunch of talented local supporting artists.

The film also features music from Outsider, Laura Mary and a song written for the film by Actor Comedian David Earl (Afterlife/Derek/Brian & Charles/Apocalypse Clown…)

A bit of a treat so come on down and celebrate a local film maker, and a film featuring music from some of our towns talented musicians and enjoy something different with us at Sunbird Records
