Erotic Secrets of Pompeii play wild, weird apocalyptic lounge music – a twisted amalgamation of angular art rock and transgressive post-punk, transmitted directly from the heart of the forbidden zone.

Hailing from Bristol, UK, Erotic Secrets of Pompeii have received airplay on BBC Radio 6, Radio X and BBC Introducing. ESOP’s music is populated with grotesque imagery and vivid symbolism, drawing from artists across different mediums, such as Lynch, Dali, Bacon, Blake, Cronenberg, Jodorowsky, Mapplethorpe.

2023 saw them grow from strength to strength, headlining their first UK tour, featuring on festival bills such as Boomtown and Bearded Theory, and supporting Electric Six on multiple nights of their 20th anniversary tour across O2 Academies.

2024 saw the band release debut album Mondo Maleficum, single ‘Rudderless’ recently made it into Louder Than Wars top 20 singles of 2024 as well as featuring in theirs and many others ones to watch in 2025 – believe us this is going to be something special so grab your tickets early and don’t miss out!!
